Run by Ben and Ricky, we met working together and kept seeing the same problems. Big companies offering poor quality work. Rushed jobs where nobody took the time to understand what the customer actually needed. We knew there was a better way.
In July 2023, we founded Roundwood Solutions to fill that gap in the Kent market — a grounds maintenance company built on relationships, not transactions. Where the same team shows up every time. Where quality matters. Where we take the time to understand your site.
The early days were not easy. Finding those first customers while building the infrastructure to be truly professional from day one was a challenge. But we were determined to build something different.
A major milestone
BALI Accredited — October 2025
In October 2025, we achieved BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) accreditation — a milestone we are incredibly proud of. BALI accreditation requires strict internal and external vetting, site visits, and multiple professional references.
It is recognition that we meet the highest industry standards for quality, safety, and professionalism. It proves what we have always believed — that doing things properly, building relationships, and never cutting corners pays off.
